We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. “Had a wonderful holiday in a great cottage with every facility needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The donkey and sheep most amusing and certainly added to our holiday. Visited many war graves in the area and the cottage was a great base for this. Our only comment was it is very rural to fetch our morning baguette but perfect in every over aspect.”

“Nice, clean property with pleasant garden. Owner lives next door and kindly provided us with fresh eggs from his hens! Unfortunately there was no hot tub which had been stated in the advert. When asked about this the owner said he knew nothing about a hot tub. As the hot tub was the main reason for choosing this gite we were extremely disappointed. The next day when we reviewed the advert again there was no mention of a hot tub. Very disappointing and misrepresented. L. Reed ”
